AI REVENUE INSTITUTE Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing airevenueinstitute.com or its subdomains, including insider.airevenueinstitute.com, subscribing to our newsletter, or using AIRI research, tools, or other content, you agree to these Terms of Service with AI Revenue Institute (“AIRI”), a Washington limited liability company. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our content.

2. Use at your own risk

AI Revenue Institute (AIRI) information and advice draws on survey data, third-party research, and applied experience. Conditions change and errors happen. AIRI makes no warranty as to accuracy. User assumes responsibility for use of AIRI information.
All content is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

3. Not professional advice

AIRI content is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal, financial, investment, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice tailored to your specific circumstances. Decisions you make based on AIRI information are your own responsibility.

4. Intellectual property and citation

AIRI research, reports, articles, data, graphics, and other content are owned by AIRI and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may cite, quote, and reference our work in accordance with the AIRI Citation Policy. Uses beyond that policy, including substantial reproduction, redistribution, or resale, require our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misrepresent AIRI or its findings, imply an AIRI endorsement you have not been granted, circumvent paywalls or access controls, scrape or bulk-download content except as our published terms allow, or use the site or our content in any unlawful way or in a way that harms AIRI or other users.

6. Subscriptions and paid content

Some AIRI content is available only to paid subscribers. Subscription pricing, billing, and cancellation terms are presented at sign-up and processed by our third-party payment provider. Paid content is licensed to you for your own use and may not be shared, resold, or republished except as permitted by the Citation Policy.

7. Third-party links and services

Our site and content may link to or rely on third-party sites and services, which operate under their own terms. AIRI is not responsible for third-party content, and a link is not an endorsement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIRI and its owners, officers, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of, or inability to use, AIRI information. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid AIRI, if any, for the content at issue.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and continued use of the site or our content means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We never sell your personal information. We do not disclose it to outside parties except as described in this policy. Like all companies, we use secure and independent email, marketing automation and data analytics firms to help us manage your subscriptions and contact preferences, to analyze surveys and other sources of input, and to keep in compliance with any and all changes to CAN-SPAM and other rules and regulations. California Online Privacy Protection Act

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law’s reach stretches well beyond California to require any person or company in the United States (and conceivably the world) that operates websites collecting Personally Identifiable Information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals or companies with whom it is being shared. When you subscribe, we collect your email address, and any other details you choose to provide, for the purpose of sending you our newsletter, research, event invitations, and related content.

We process this data on the basis of your consent, which you provide when you sign up. You may withdraw that consent at any time, which will not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Who we share it with.

We use third-party software providers that help us deliver newsletters, webinars, and other content, both promotional and non-promotional. These providers process data on our behalf and are required to keep it confidential and secure.

How long we keep it.

We retain your data for as long as you remain subscribed, and delete it upon unsubscribe or upon request, retaining only the minimal information necessary to honor your request and to prevent future contact.

Your rights.

If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to request its deletion, to restrict or object to its processing, to withdraw consent, and to request a copy of your data in a portable format. How does our site handle Do Not Track signals?

We do not currently respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals. We do honor legally required opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where applicable law requires it.

Does our site allow third-party behavioral
tracking?

We do not allow third-party behavioral tracking for advertising purposes. We use analytics services solely to understand aggregate site usage, as described above.

 

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, United States’ consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online.

We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.

Fair Information Practices

The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe. Understanding the Fair Information Practice Principles and how they should be implemented is critical to comply with the various privacy laws that protect personal information.

CAN SPAM Act

The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.

We collect your email address in order to:
• Send information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions
• Market to our mailing list or continue to send emails to our clients after the original transaction has occurred.

To be in accordance with CANSPAM, we agree to the following:
• Not use false or misleading subjects or email addresses.
• Identify the message as an advertisement in some reasonable way.
• Include the physical address of our business or site headquarters.
• Monitor third-party email marketing services for compliance, if one is used.
• Honor opt-out/unsubscribe requests quickly.
• Allow users to unsubscribe by using the link at the bottom of each email.
